Experienced Residential Painters
At McCaffrey Painting, a division of Birchwood Construction, we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for experienced residential painters who take pride in their work and are passionate about creating beautiful, high-end homes. As part of a luxury home building and painting company in Northern Michigan, you’ll work on custom homes where every detail matters.
What You'll Be Doing

Use your extensive knowledge of residential painting techniques to perform high-quality interior and exterior painting on luxury homes.

Expertly select, mix, and apply paints to various surfaces, using the right tools – brushes, sprayers, caulking guns, and more.

Prep and inspect surfaces with care, ensuring all work is done with precision and meets our strict quality standards, known as the McCaffrey Way.

Safely work from scaffolding and ladders, taking care to protect clients' homes and belongings while maintaining a clean, organized job site.
Project Estimator
A critical role within Birchwood Construction, this unique opportunity elevates our estimating process and is a key player in crafting some of the finest custom homes in the region. What You'll Be Doing

Preparing detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals.

Validating subcontractor and vendor bids to ensure scope completeness and accuracy.
