Experienced Carpenter


Seeking qualified and experienced Carpenters in Northern MI, interested in helping build and remodel high-end residential homes and select, relationship based, commercial projects.

What we expect from you:

  • A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of either rough and/or finish carpentry work.

  • If rough carpentry, be able to perform all exterior and interior framing, roof framing, siding, and exterior trim work.

  • If finish trim, able to perform all interior finish carpentry including window/door installation, cabinet installs, custom built ins, stairs and finish trim work

  • Be able to read blueprints and drawings

  • Be able to do layouts and material takeoffs

  • Able to follow directions and complete ALL tasks in an efficient and timely manner with limited supervision and without sacrificing quality.

  • Able to coach and train apprentice carpenters when asked

  • Able to document worked performed consistency with company’s job costing policies and payroll policies

  • Be accountable for all materials and equipment provided by the company.

  • Always maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene

  • Keep job site clean at all times, especially at the end of each shift.

  • Be prepared to start work before the beginning of your assigned shift

  • Have with you all tools you are required to provide, at your own expense, as directed by the company

  • There will be no smoking on any job site.

  • Conduct yourself in accordance with the Company’s Core Values, Employee Handbook and Safety Manual
